Below are some examples of trainings I have facilitated with community agencies. Other trainings can be developed as desired.
As Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to the workforce development of our field in a wide variety of areas including trauma, telemental health delivery, parenting, creative interventions, and clinical supervision.

Clinical Supervision Training
Clinical supervision training is designed to fulfill the Virginia Board of Social Work and Counseling’s requirement for Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors to provide clinical supervision to social workers and counselors pursuing their LCSW/LPC.
I have also designed trainings for QMHP’s – supervisory training will be necessary for QMHP supervisors in Virginia within the next several years. This training would can be adjusted and would be relevant for anyone supervisor QMHP’s in Virginia.
