As a certified clinical trauma specialist, I am well versed in trauma treatment and trauma informed care. I have a systemic perspective to this work and am knowledgeable about family systems, attachment, and parenting. I am a dynamic trainer and incorporate experiential and reflective learning practices.
Clinical Supervision
With a doctoral degree in clinical supervision and years of experience supervising masters-level interns and residents, I love to provide supervision services. I have supervised students specializing in family therapy, mental health counseling, and rehabilitation counseling individual, triadic, group, live, and telehealth formats. I provide individual and group supervision to LPC and LMFT residents in Virginia.
CACREP Self-Study
With several successful self-study proposals, CACREP site-visitor experience, and self-study formal training, I am able to support departments in preparation for and the writing of accreditation self-studies. With experience creating and maintaining department assessment and data collection, I can facilitate an accessible process for your department
